Welcome to The Barn Owl Venue, a wedding and event destination nestled on a working horse farm just south of Spokane at the north edge of the picturesque Palouse. After retiring a couple of years ago, I, Norm, dedicated myself to building a purpose-built event barn.  My wife, Lisa is an animal lover with exceptional managerial skills and a keen attention to details and has been the driving force behind our consistently 5-star events.
